Stick to alot of fruit and veggies, but try and get as much organic as financially possible ( i know it gets expensive) ... I have to be Gluten Free because im actually allergic to Gluten. My tummy swells when I eat it and I get sick. Gluten is found in wheat... Wheat actually makes you fat. The reason for this is because Wheat turns into sugar in your body and sugar in your body turns into fat. I would avoid wheat as much as you can. For weight loss, keep track of your calories. You can eat all the healthier stuff, but if your eating more calories than you burn you will gain weight. Trust me, I know first hand! ha-ha. Try and stay away from canola or extra virgin olive oil when cooking. Use coconut oil or pure grapeseed oil when you do cook. Kale is great for weight loss also. Throw it in your smoothies you will never taste it =] hope some of this helps!. Please E-mail or comment me if you have any more questions. =]]]></description>
