Seems like many people are making the Switch to a Gluten Free lifestyle. Some are Gluten intolerant and some want to lose weight.

Some people are Gluten intolerant and don’t even know it. When you eat food, especially when it’s organic, do you feel nauseated? Get headaches? Cramps? Bloating? If you answered yes to any or all you may be Gluten intolerant. Whenever I eat Gluten My tummy blows up ( I start to look like i’m pregnant), I get awful cramping in my tummy and I feel nauseated. A Gluten Free diet has also helped people with Weight loss. The reason is because, Gluten is found in wheat, wheat converts to sugar quicker than any other grain, and sugar makes you gain weight.
