Here is any easy way to help speed up your metabolism and lose some unwanted weight.
CHEW YOUR FOOD.
It’s that simple? Yes!
When you chew your food you are helping your digestive system. The smaller your food is going into your system, the better. Your saliva is able to help break it down even more. When it’s broken down, you’re able to digest your food easier and quicker. This means your metabolism is speeding up which will help that unwanted weight and fat to melt quicker.
Chew your food at least 10-15 times. It sounds like a lot, but it’s one of the easiest and laziest ways to help your body digest food and lose weight.
So, Chew! Chew! Chew!
Since I get to be with kids all day, I wont have any time to cook. I made my very tasty salad and delicious wrap that you can find exact ingredients for,on previous posts. This is a lot of food ,so I ate half for lunch and half for dinner.
Oh, I added avocado!
My mom works so hard so I wantes to make her happy this morning before she left for work and I made her gluten free pancakes. They were delicious.
Here is what you need:
1/3 cup of All purpose G-free flour, I used namaste all purpose flour.
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of organic almond milk
3 tablespoons of organic butter (you can use a butter replacement like earth balance if you don’t eat butter)
A few organic strawbarries
Rice whipped cream
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of salt
Mix it all together, if it comes out to watery just add a bit more of flour.
Pour in pan, wait until the side up starts bubbling then flip it over.
Serve with whipped cream, strawberries, and a bit of organic powdered sugar (optional).
I bought organic Green apples today.
Because I read they help speed up your metabolism.
I’ll take it!
I made a delicious salad for lunch today and I just have to share it with all of you.
Its very simple, but it hits the spot.
All you need is:
Organic red onions chopped
Organic lemon or lime
Organic coconut oil
And thats it!
Play with the ingredients, add veggies or fruit.
Make it your own
But the salt and lemon make the dressing, so no dressing required!!!
This was my lunch.
Gluten free tofu sandwich with a little bit of balsamic vinegar
Cookies for dessert
And water to wash it all down!
If you could see me right now, im licking my lips at just the thought of this delicious meal.
On my sandwich:
Toasted Gluten Free bread
Organic Red onions
Organic greens mix
Organic vegan mayo
A little bit of balsamic vinegar
And of course organic TOFU!
For the tofu, I usually cut it up into a few long, thin pieces.
I ,then, sprinkle salt and pepper on them
and then I fry them, just a little, in grapeseed or coconut oil.
And there you go! The best sandwich ever!!!! Well just until I come up with something better …
The cookies are gluten, soy, dairy, and peanut Free
It’s not St.Patricks Day just yet, but I made these for my family and mailed them today.
They taste so yummy, don’t mind my decorating skills. I know I suck at it Ha-Ha.
What matters is the Love put into it right? Right! =]
These are Gluten Free and could be Vegan if instead of eggs you use an egg replacement.
4 cups of rice Flour
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 1/2 cups of organic sugar
3 organic eggs ( or egg replacement)
1/5 tsp of salt
Dash of organic cinnamon
mix it all together
Use a cookie cutter to make fun shapes
If you so tastes a grainy after taste it’s the rice =] But these are really yummy!
Hey everyone about a few years ago my lovely mother told me about coconut oil and all of the AMAZING things it does for your body. Since then we have been using this. I eat this stuff every single day. I cook with it, I will throw some in a smoothie (you can’t taste it), I will put it on my salads & in my tea etc. You can even use it as a conditioner. There are so many health benefits to coconut oil. Just check out the list I made…
1. Prevents osteoporosis
2. Prevents weight gain, helps you to lose weight. Coconut Oil contains saturated fats but they are made up of medium chain triglycerides. This means the fats won’t store but instead act as a fuel to speed up your metabolism
3. Contains Amino Acids. Minerals such as potassium, magnesium, vitamin C and phosphorus.
4. Helps prevent wrinkles
5. Strengthens your immune system. Coconut oil contains monolaurin aka glyceryl laurate (converted into lauric acid) is found in breast Milk and helps strengthen the baby’s immune system.
6. You can use it as a conditioner. Helps with dandruff.
7. It is an anti-inflammatory.
8. Filled with antioxidants

There are so many more wonderful things about coconut oil. Use it on a daily basis you will notice a difference.
Hello Beautiful people,
a few months back I posted a Post on Extra Virgin Olive Oil and how wonderful it is to cook with. Well, I have news for you all. It’s not. I have recently discovered that Heating Olive Oil actually is not the best for you and can make you Fat. Don’t get me wrong, Organic extra virgin Olive Oil is wonderful, but when it gets heated up it starts to break up and that is not good. Drizzle olive oil over bread, salads whatever you would like. I just wouldn’t cook with it or try and fry with it. Instead use Pure Grape seed Oil to cook and or fry with. It’s such a wonderful oil and it wont break up when heated.
I love strawberries! Probably one of the tastiest fruits, in my opinion.
Some health benefits of strawberries are:
1. Fight arthritis
2. Helps fight cancer
3. promotes healthy eyes
4. Contains about 2 grams of fiber
5. Helps weight management
6. Fights against heart disease
7. Pre-natal health
8. Helps skin
9. Helps regulate blood pressure
10. Fights bad cholesterol
There are so many more wonderful things strawberries do to help you keep a healthy life.
If it is NOT organic, remember the thinner the skin, the more pesticides and chemicals the fruit or vegetable will contain.
I wash my fruits and veggies with white vinegar, and when making a smoothie or juice I throw the entire strawberry, including the top, in the blender.
