If my title to this post caught you a bit off guard I completely understand. Let me explain, then maybe, you will get where I am coming from…
Ok, I normally try and eat as healthy as possible each day buttttt, sometimes just sometimes ok I lied most of the time, I crave sweets like no other.
Since this is a health blog it’s my job to say, oh have a sweet tooth? Eat an apple, or a piece of fruit. Lets face it, it’s not what I always do.
I actually love to bake. Soooo, tonight I baked inside out carrot cake cupcakes from scratch, and they came out delicious. No these aren’t exactly healthy, but they are 100% ORGANIC. So are these completely unhealthy? No. Are they completely finger lickin good? YES.

Organic Almond milk

Have you ever been so hungry, you literally felt as though you could eat a huge plate of food, and then go back for more and then even more?! Well, that was me last night. I am not sure why, but I got hit hard with the hungry bug. I needed food now and fast!!!
hmmm, so what to eat? I wanted to eat something delicious, filling, and quick to make.
So, I made a plate filled with greens and chicken and let me tell you… YUM! YUM! YUM!
1.Organic shredded chicken- purchased at whole foods (whole chicken)
2. Organic spring mix (purchased at costco).The mix contains lettuce, red and green oak, red kale, baby spinach, radicchio. I poured white vinegar,salt,lemon and a teeny bit of olive oil all over the salad mix (yummy)
3. Cooked Broccoli with a pinch of salt
4. Cup of hot white peach tea
5.Oh! and I can’t forget, One organic sprouted tortilla
And voilà! A yummy, quick dinner
And yes I went back for 2nds and thirds and,well, maybe 4ths. Ha-ha. Couldn’t help myself!
Hello to all of my lovely followers! I am so, so sorry that I haven’t Been around. It’s been about a month, or a bit over, since my last post. Life has been up, down and all around. I was working for many days consistently and then I was traveling and didn’t have internet and then I got sick and, well, here I am.
